When to celebrate Christmas together...
It looks as though the only available dates for our Christmas get together is the 29th-30th or the 30th-31st. Jonathan and I are very busy working around Christmas so earlier than this likely would not work out. Please respond quickly so that we can figure out which of these dates works the best for everyone.
When to bake cookies...
I hear that Amanda is available this weekend and tuesday. This weekend does not work for me, but tuesday would. Does that work for everyone else?
Christmas Lists
Jonathan and Kimberly's family Christmas list is at mom and dad's for the pick up. Vince and Ashleigh had also printed theirs out, but I don't know where they are (I have mine though). Amanda, Ryan, and Nadia's list is on the blog. Susan and the boys is on the blog. Mom and dad, and Jason's Christmas lists are in their minds eager to come out on paper or blog format soon!

For Christmas itself: both 29-30 and 30-31 work for us, but we prefer 29-30.
For Cookies: Tuesday the 2nd is available for me, not ideal, but available. My preference would be Wednesday (3rd) or Friday (5th).
Christmas List: I believe everyone should have a copy of ours. Let me know if you need one.

How about wednesday for cookie baking? That would make my weekend a little less busy.

Well morning and after 3 I can, if that works
I would also like to make ginger-bread-man cookies.
Oh, I forgot to say our cookie favourites. I like the fruitcake ones best and Vince's favourites are a tie between cocoa mint and the white cookies with icing.
Also, we really liked the butter tarts.
Oh, and we like having the appetizer bite size stuff.
Well then, should we make it Wednesday? Susan and Amanda will need to leave for a while, but the rest of us can continue. Instead of using the squigglers for icing the white cookies, could we just use plain icing to simplify things? I am preparing to do: fruit cake cookies, rosebuds, cocoa mint, soft white, mini buttertarts, sausage rolls, nacho snack mix and mini mexican quiches. Is that everything?
Sounds great! I like the idea of simplifying the icing portion of the baking. It just turns into such a long day sometimes. Me and Jonathan don't need to nacho mix, but everything else is tre important. Way to remember the butter tarts Ashleigh. They are also our favs.
That sounds good to me too. Simple white icing is cool with me. They'll still taste as good! I love the nacho snack mix! I totally forgot about it!
I'll come out in the morning on Wednesday with Vince. Just call the office or his cell when you're ready for me to come by.
I as always like all the goodies and so does Jason, I can make it between 9-12 then I have an appt in Wpg. Then can come back after Josh gets back from school
I'm thinking of staying the night on wednesday and then leaving in the afternoon on thursday.
