Where has all the romance gone???

So today is our anniversary. It's weird that 3 years have already gone by. You would think that this only being our 3rd anniversary we would have a very romantic day planned. Well, that's not the case sadly. We spent that majority of our morning at the dental clinic. We were both given the wonderful news that we each have a cavity and need to get some wisdom teeth removed. Not only that, but Ryan has to get another tooth pulled...a baby tooth that apparently is rotting. Eeww. Well, I always have a rough time with the dental hygenist. But when I walked in I had a glimmer of hope. It was a different lady!! How exciting! Maybe it won't hurt as much this time. But my hope was shattered, and as the tear trickled down my face I observed how the lady kept looking at the clock wondering if she would ever get my teeth cleaned before the next patient (she spent a good half hour on the plaque...and yes a tear did fall as she pulled and scratched each tooth...sorry if this grosses you out). Well here I am, a few hours later, and I survived with very sore teeth and jaw. How romantic.
After all the trauma at the dentist, I have spent the day working and will teach piano yet this evening. Ryan will go off to youth as soon as I'm done teaching, and we will have spent a very unromanitc day apart. Oh well. At least I had a nice surprise yesterday when Ryan told me he had booked a couple of nights at the C'Mon Inn in Grand Forks June 22-24. I sure am looking forward to that. I love you Ryan, and thanks for the surprise. Happy 3rd Anniversary!

Father's Day

Just wondering when we could have father's day. The actual Father's Day weekend is out for this family (June 15-17), and the weekend after that Ryan and I are in GrandForks (June22-24). So maybe Sunday June 10th? Does that work for everyone else?

Boy or Girl?????

So I had a dream that Kim & Jonathan had twin girls. And quite some time ago I had another dream that they had a girl and named her Fala. Most of the time when I guess if a couple will have a boy or girl I'm usually worng, so it will probably be a boy. But, I will stick to my dreams and bet that this will be a girl. Any other guesses?

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COLOR?

Could it be pink? Or maybe blue? We are so excited about the news!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't sleep on Sunday night..........must have been the excitement! (hopefully not the food) I was sooooooooo surprised by the announcement. The card said Happy Mother's (and Father's) Day to Parents we love so much!! or should we say, to Grandparents we love so much! Surprise! Kim and Jonathan, we are surprised and excited for you (and us of course). Look forward to the end of November!!!!!!!!!!

ok, it seems as though sunday the 6th works for everybody. hopefully this is true. the question now is, should we do potluck style type meals so that mom can relax a bit, or should we order something, or what? suggestions...
