We get it from Net Zero. I think the process would be for us to save the install info on a disk for you and then you install it on your computer and give them your visa #. Vince would know for certain b/c he put it on this computer, but he's driving a truck today. So, not so much of the checking of the e-mail. I'll ask him and let you know.
Ok, I have more info! You'll have to do this at work and burn the software to a CD to transfer to the home computer. Go to www.netzero.net. Click on 'NetZero Platnium' in the "More Products" section. From there it should walk you through the sign up and download. Let me know if you have questions!
