I'm taking a cake decorating class. Below are the pics from the first cake they had us do. Not exactly cafe style, but I learned some good techniques!

Wow, very cool. I especially like the puffy clouds. How long did that take you?
Decorating it only took about an hour or so. What took a LONG time is making all the different colored icings and icing the cake itself! I think I spent 4 hours doing all the pre-class work!
Cool cake! but I think we should have some rain before the rainbow..or maybe this is like a rain dance or something.
